AEMME UniFiber Primer 2.5L
UNIFIBER PRIMER is a one-component primer designed for low-thickness direct application on fibreglass boat bottoms. It is also recommended as a primer before antifouling paint or as a tie-coat between epoxy or polyurethane two-component paints and one-component finishes. The primer can be overcoated with TOPKAPI enamel for topside and superstructure finishes, or with a suitable antifouling paint for the hull bottom.
Usage Instructions:
Clean the surface thoroughly, degrease with a suitable detergent, rinse with water, and lightly sand with fine abrasive paper. Remove all dust.
Apply 1 coat of UNIFIBER PRIMER and let dry 6–8 hours.
After 24 hours, apply 1 coat of intermediate undercoat and let dry as recommended.
Sand the surface lightly after 6–8 hours, then finish with 2 coats of the recommended one-component topcoat enamel for topside and superstructures, or 2 coats of antifouling paint for the bottom.
